Never. Once purchased, they sit on your account until you spend them.
What happens if my job fails?
The hold snaps back to your balance within seconds. You are never charged for failed hardware runs.
Is there a markup on provider rates?
No. Every rate above matches the provider list price exactly.
What about simulators?
The Qly statevector (up to 32q) and density-matrix (up to 20q) simulators are free and unlimited on every plan.
Can I bring my own provider credits?
Yes — on Enterprise, we can route jobs against your existing IBM / AWS / Azure billing relationships.
